Role Summary/Purpose:

We want to provide our clients with the highest level of service by finding them the most competitive insurance company and educating them on the products that will be insuring their assets. Turbo has access to over 70 different insurance companies and has clients who need insurance all over the United States. Each agent is responsible for ensuring each client has their insurance shopped through our markets to find them the best option for coverage and price.  All our agents work on exclusive lead channels, 100% inbound people that are currently looking for insurance.  Each of our agents routinely have a pipeline of 200+ prospects at any given time. 

Essential Responsibilities:

We operate in a call center style of workflow. You will be expected to build a pipeline of prospects each month through prospecting and follow up of interested clients. You will be expected to discuss insurance options with clients, utilize several different carrier systems to find the client the best option, and ultimately meet sales goals. Efficiency and performance will be measured through metrics (KPIs) such as cross-selling ability, sales skill related to overcoming of objections and insurance product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  •          Sales mindset & incentive-based thinking to earn performance and merit based bonuses
  •         Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook 
  •          Insurance background or licensing NOT REQUIRED 
  •           Sales Experience, drive, attitude, work ethic
  •          Experience using a CRM, or sales pipeline tool like Salesforce or others 
  •           Hybrid Schedule- Ability to be in the office 2-3 days a week

 Job Type: Full-time 

 Pay: OTE $70,000.00-110,000.00
